A welcome addition to Blue Comet Café, 23 years old, Amanda Kaletsky is making her own waves as a performing singer-songwriter. Originally from the small town of Bethany, CT and a University of Delaware alum, Amanda has gained fans throughout the country, and radio play from Massachusetts to Hawaii. Amanda's musical style caters towards pop, but is elevated by her honest and unique lyrics, balanced with refreshing melodies, offering a fresh new voice that rests on her natural musical talent. Combining a unique blend of influences has molded her into a powerful artist. Her first CD, Wait, released in 2005, has sold extremely well, and her latest release, Between You & Me, was released this past December to wide critical and audience acclaim, Amanda' song, "Everything Lies," is featured on MTV's The Hills.

Born in the small New England town of Bethany, CT, Amanda was surrounded by a love of music from her parents and friends from an early age. At 4 years old, Amanda began classical violin lessons and by the age of 13 had taught herself both the piano and guitar. She developed her vocal skills with the nationally recognized Elm City Girls Choir from eight-grade until the end of high school. Armed with years of classical training, Amanda eventually focused her skills on singing and songwriting, which quickly moved to the center of her life, exploding when she reached the University of Delaware in Fall 2002.
